All lots are sold ‘AS IS WHERE IS’.  Any lot with ‘AF’ is sold as parts value only.

Ownership and title to all lots purchased remains with the vendor until payment has been satisfied in full. No lots will be released to carriers without the correct documentation, i.e. photocopy/ original auction invoice or a cartage form provided by Mainland Auctions.

The bid price includes GST. Our standard  Buyers Premium of 17% (GST incl) will be added to your winning bid unless otherwise stated specifically in the Terms & Conditions of the auction you are bidding in. 

Our online auctions will start and end as per the specified date and times. Bidding increments for online auctions are stated in the Terms & Conditions for the specific auction.

Pick up dates and times will be specified, and will either be from our auction rooms, 32 Kingsley Street, Sydenham, Christchurch or from an onsite address which will be advertised. On some occasions and also depending on the Covid 19 Health & Safety requirements, payment must be made prior to pick up via an online bank transfer or at the auction site via Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or cash. Please note a 3% surcharge will apply on all Credit Card transactions.

Mainland Auctions is authorised to sell alcohol by auction under the Off Licence 60/OFF/98/2018. You must be 18 years old or over to buy alcohol.
