All lots are sold ‘AS IS WHERE IS’.

We describe the items and condition to the best of our ability. We highly recommend viewing prior to bidding to ensure the item/s is fit for purpose.

Please note if there are items in the auction from a Freight or Insurance Claim they will be clearly marked as 'Freight Claim or Insurance Claim' and as per the terms and conditions of the auction the items will be sold ‘AS IS WHERE IS’.

PLEASE NOTE: We are selling on behalf of our clients (Vendors). The Vendor may stipulate reserves on their items. As such some of the items in this auction may be subject to a reserve. If the reserve is not met during the auction the item will be passed in.

TEST & TAG
Unless otherwise stated all electrical items have been test & tagged

PLEASE NOTE:
If an item's electric supply is more than 10 Amp (single phase) this is unable to be turned on & tested by Mainland Auctions.

Ownership and title to all lots purchased remains with the vendor until payment has been satisfied in full. No lots will be released to carriers without the correct documentation, i.e. photocopy or original auction invoice.

The auction will open from Thursday 5 May & close from 6:30pm Tuesday 10 May. Auction lots will close at 20 second intervals.

The bid price includes GST. A buyers premium of 17% (GST incl) will be added to your winning bid.

Bidding increments for the online auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10, $200-$500 = $20, $500-$1000 = $50, $1000-$5000 = $100, $5000+ = $200.

All refrigeration units have been tested to ensure they reach the industry standard required temperature, unless otherwise stated.
Refrigeration is sensitive to transport. Purchasers are encouraged to organise appropriate transport.
Any transport of refrigeration units is the purchaser's responsibility & Mainland Auctions will not be liable if the refrigeration is found to be faulty following purchase and transport.

Please note if you are successful in the online auction an invoice will be emailed to you the following morning. If you do not receive an email please check your spam email and call us if necessary.

Payment must be made prior to pick up via an online bank transfer or at the auction rooms via Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or cash. Please note a 3% surcharge will apply on all Credit Card transactions. (Apologies but we cannot accept Credit Card payments over the phone)
