To avoid disappointment we advise online bidders not to leave it to place a bid in the last few seconds of an auction lot closing. Occasionally a lag in the internet will result in a bid not being registered by the system in time. We also encourage bidders to make use of the auto bid function. You can place an auto bid by using the drop down bidding menu. Choose the amount you wish to bid up to and the system will then bid on your behalf.

All lots are sold ‘AS IS WHERE IS’.

We describe the items and condition to the best of our ability. We highly recommend viewing prior to bidding to ensure the item/s is fit for purpose.

Please note if there are items in the auction from a Freight Claim as per the terms and conditions of the auction the items will be sold ‘AS IS WHERE IS’.

PLEASE NOTE: We are selling on behalf of our clients (Vendors). The Vendor may stipulate reserves on their items. As such some of the items in this auction may be subject to a reserve. If the reserve is not met during the auction the item will be passed in.

Ownership and title to all lots purchased remains with the vendor until payment has been satisfied in full. No lots will be released to carriers without the correct documentation, i.e. photocopy or original auction invoice.

The auction will open & close from the stated time & date. Auction lots will close at 20 second intervals.

The bid price includes GST. A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 17% (GST INCL) WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR WINNING BID.
Please note a Buyer's Premium of 5% applies on the Foton Aumark Truck only

Please note a maximum bid can be applied by clicking on 'place bid' and either choosing your top bid amount or writing in your top bid amount. If you are outbid straight away this means either there is another higher max bid or a reserve

Bidding increments for the online auction are as follows: $10 - $100 = $5, $100 - $200 = $10, $200 + = $20

All items must be paid for & collected by 4PM FRIDAY 24 NOVEMBER

Please note: It is the Purchaser's responsibility to organise transport

Please note if you are successful in the online auction an invoice will be emailed to you the following morning. If you do not receive an email please check your spam email and call us if necessary.

Payment must be made prior to pick up via an online bank transfer or at the auction rooms via Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or cash. Please note a 3% surcharge will apply on all Credit Card transactions. (Apologies but we cannot accept Credit Card payments over the phone)
